Simple idea... how about getting rid of the built-in armor rep bonus for shield-tanked logis and swap that out for something shield related? Amarr and Gallente logis keep the passive armor rep... and Caldari and Minmatar get the bonus switched to...

Well.... longer range scanners paint the target for less time, and they have a scan strength. Maybe this will cause snipers to start wearing profile dampeners in their low slots, and not stack armor plates...

The Dropsuit skill unlocks suits up to level 3... but there is currently no reason to skill it past 3. Perhaps in the future there will be suits that require level 4 or 5... perhaps not. However, there *should* be some bonus attached to this skil...
